Our tutoring program can be arranged as an in-person session or as a virtual tutoring session.
The virtual tutoring is best suitable for those who cannot travel to our center, and those seeking more flexible scheduling with additional 1-on-1 time with our tutors.
Our virtual tutoring sessions are completely tailored to meet the needs of your child. We take great pride in keeping session times flexible to ensure we meet the needs of each and every student.
Virtual tutoring by our dyslexia experts can also be the perfect, affordable addition to your child's current education.

In-person tutoring can be a great alternative when virtual is not in the best interest of the client and with his or her family.
Sims Learning Center understands and addresses the needs of their clients when in-person sessions are arranged. From the quality of learning, to safety, to cleanliness our facility will ensure the highest level of an education experience.
All aspects of the in-person tutoring is carefully managed to ensure the client benefits from their time with a Sims Learning Center expert.

Cancellation Policy
Your time with Sims Learning Center is very important to us. If you need to cancel your session, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of 100% of reserved service time.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by texting 903-360-5092.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule the session.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
